Until we go back to the kingdom of heaven and into Heavenly Father and Mother’s arms, each and every one of us has our own crosses we need to take up, and refinement we need to receive.

Refinement is followed by pain because it is a process to remove our spiritual impurities. However, we should overcome that pain and make an effort to go the right path, praying to God. (Jesus Christ set an example of overcoming temptations.)
