On April 22, a special event was held at the Okcheon Go&Come Training Institute under the slogan “To the World! To Jerusalem!” It was the gospel resolution rally, which was attended by 204 members of the 57th Overseas Visiting Group from 17 countries in Europe and North America as well as Korean members who hold titles or positions in the Church.
A total of over 25,000 members gathered together at the Institute; this was the biggest Church gathering ever. Not only the main building but even all the auxiliary buildings were filled with the
members.

At noon, the commemoration service for the first part of the event started. Mother gave thanks to Father for allowing this event to be held for the overseas brothers and sisters and Korean members so that they could gather together in one place and receive the power of the Holy Spirit. She also asked Father to open wide the door of world evangelism for His children to find all the heavenly family members dispersed among the nations. Then She expressed Her thanks to all Her children throughout the world for keeping their faith with joy despite their tough lives due to difficult economic situations, and She encouraged them to endure by having hope for the beautiful kingdom of heaven where there is no sorrow or pain, so that they would eternally enjoy the glory which their present sufferings are not worth comparing with.

General Pastor Joo-Cheol Kim gave thanks and glory to Mother for leading Her children with love while walking the path of sacrifice silently. He defined this age as the ‘age of prophecy,’ saying, “Now people from all nations, even kings, are streaming to Zion after hearing the god news of Jerusalem Mother, who accomplishes complete salvation in this age. Then he urged the members, “Soldiers in the army move according to the sound of a trumpet, and the people of faith according to the voice of prophecy. As those who have realized the truth of Mother earlier, let’s follow our God-given mission by proclaiming the glory of Jerusalem to the ends of the earth (Isa 60:1-12; Gal 4:26; Zec 8:20-23; Isa 66:18-19; Isa 62:6-7).
For the second part of the event, the celebration performances were held to help the members boost their determination for the gospel. The second part started with the performance of the pastoral staff choir. About 400 Korean overseers sang a song of praise to God in a sonorous voice, hoping that the New Song of praise to Heavenly Jerusalem would resound throughout the world. Then the 57th Overseas Visiting Group came on stage and vigorously sang the New Song “Go to the World,” which fit the slogan for the event.
The Messiah Orchestra played the New Song and classical music and also performed with the male and female quartets and the choir who sang with a rich, powerful voice. Then the children’s choir performed a cheerful dance, which brought joy and laughter to the audience.
Some videos were also presented, which awaken this generation. One of the videos showed the prophetic scenes where the kings of the world came to Jerusalem Mother, and the other video showed the scenes of the “Sacred Assembly of the Passover 2012” which was held simultaneously at the Churches of God all over the world on the evening of April 5 (the fourteenth day of the first month in the sacred calendar). Watching the members celebrating the New Covenant Passover with overflowing emotions and gratitude, all the participants in the event engraved deep in their hearts the grace of Elohim who restored the Passover—the feast of life. Sister Leila Deubras from France, one of the visiting group members, expressed her joy, saying, “I kept the Passover in Paris. It’s really impressive to see the members throughout the world celebrate the Passover together in the same way. They all look like one family. This is a very big and beautiful family. I’m convinced that I’m a part of the family.” The participating members were all moved to tears while watching the video that showed the fulfillment of prophecy—the good news of Heavenly Mother, along with the Passover, was being preached to far-off lands and even to small islands and people from all nations, even kings, were worshiping Jerusalem.
Mother complimented those who had wholeheartedly prepared the event for their brothers and sisters, and expressed Her desire for all Her children to receive much comfort through the event. Then She asked them to preach the good news of life quickly to their neighbors and acquaintances, saying, “Now we are witnessing the fulfillment of the Bible prophecy, 'Your beginning will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be.’ According to this prophecy, the gospel which started from a humble beginning is being accomplished prosperously.”
After the event, the “Traditional Korean Folk Games With the 57th Overseas Visiting Group” was held in the main building of the institute. The overseas members, along with Korean members, enjoyed a diversity of traditional games such as rolling hoops, ttakji-chigi(slap-match game), yutnori (a Korean board game), neolttwigi (Korea jumping game similar to see-sawing), jegichagi (Korean shuttlecock game) and so on. They also tried playing traditional Korean musical instruments. “We feel like we’re in heaven.” Saying that, they all rejoiced like little children. Korean members said, “Though we are not able to communicate well with each other and look different outwardly, we can feel that we are truly brothers and sisters who have become one through Mother’s love.” They shared brotherly love with one another, transcending the barriers of race, nationality and language.
That day, all the participants—the overseas brothers and sisters and Korean members—witnessed the gospel work progressing silently but rapidly. They made a resolution with one mind, saying, “Now we won’t just look at the prophecies. As prophetic protagonists, we will accomplish the gospel work by loudly proclaiming Mother to the whole world.
