Now the banner of Zion is waving powerfully all around the world according to the prophecies of the Bible. Recently, a gracious temple of the gospel was raised magnificently in Giheung-gu, Yongin City. On December 12, the Dedication Service for the new temple of the 3rd Giheung Church in Yongin was held along with the afternoon service for the Sabbath.
Mother gave thanks to Father for having prepared a beautiful temple, and prayed that the 3rd Giheung Church in Yongin would be a place of rest for many souls in this disastrous age and also a place full of brotherly and sisterly love. She also encouraged the members who had labored hard until they were granted the temple, and blessed them, saying, “Display God’s glory all the more by producing many workers of the new covenant who will go out into the world and lift up the banner of salvation throughout the world.” ⓒ 2009 WATV
General Pastor Joo-Cheol Kim gave thanks to Elohim and expressed his hearty congratulation on the dedication of the 3rd Giheung Church in Yongin. He said, “In ancient Israel, since the widow of Zarephath did the will of God, her jar of flour never became empty but kept refilling itself no matter how much she used it. Likewise, whenever Zion is established, God quickly fills it with the workers of the gospel.” Then he asked the members to create a beautiful miracle of the gospel by preaching the good news not only in Yongin but to the ends of the earth and putting more effort into establishing Zion” (2 Ki 17:3-6). He also emphasized that “dedication” implies that we are willing to find our lost heavenly family members and dedicate them to God, and urged the members to please God by participating in the world mission of finding God’s people, represented as the materials for building the spiritual temple, being moved by the Holy Spirit (Ex 35:20-29).

The 3rd Giheung Church has been reborn into a nest of salvation, full of God’s love, on the foundation which God prepared before the creation of the world. The Church has a large worship hall, a worship room, a reception room, a dining hall, and many other facilities. The members shared the blessings of the Sabbath and the joy for the dedication of the temple with brothers and sisters from nearby regions. They also pledged themselves to fill the new barn granted by God to them with good fruits.
