In the evening of January 21, when the dedication service was held along with the Third-day service, the members from neighboring churches in Pyeongtaek and Hwaseong too attended the service and celebrated the dedication of the new temple with one mind. During the service, Mother gave thanks to God the Father for granting a gracious temple, and complimented the members who had worked for the completion of the temple and shared joy with all together.

Mother reminded the members of the words, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Co 2:9), and asked them to overcome all hardships due to the worldwide economic slump, with the hope for the kingdom of heaven. And She hoped the members would fill the new temple with spiritual good fruit by leading many souls who are dying without any hope, into the truth.

General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol hoped that the Anseong Church would be advanced more and more and become perfect for the gospel. During the sermon titled, “The Kingdom of Heaven in a Mustard Seed,” he asked the members to rely on the word of God and put the word into practice, saying, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, it’s possible to move a mountain from here to there” (Mt 17:19–20) . And he said that when our hearts become good soil that has Mother’s heart, the prophecies of the Bible, “The seed of the word will produce a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown” (Mt 13:18–23), and “The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation” (Isa 60:22) will be fulfilled.

Anseong, famous for its brassware and grape, is an urban-rural mixed city located in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province. The Anseong Church was branched out from the Pyeongtaek Church eight years ago. Afterwards, it was once enlarged and finally was blessed with a big temple this time. The members who have pure hearts and obey God’s word received the plaque of appreciation from the Anseong City Mayor last year in recognition for their efforts in sharing love with their neighbors and for the community development and environmental preservation.

Preparing for the dedication ceremony, the members did not stop smiling while wiping all the walls of the temple and mopping all the wide floors until the temple shone brightly. They only gave thanks and glory to God Elohim, saying, “We’ve believed that a new temple would be granted because the previous Zion was small, but we didn’t know this big and gracious temple would be given to us.” The members wanted to fill the new temple quickly with the spiritual masterpiece like the best brassware and the choicest grape, saying, “Since God has granted such a great blessing and temple to us who were too small and weak, we will carry out our mission fully as good gospel workers by taking good care of our brothers, sisters and neighbors with Mother’s heart.”
