God poured the Holy Spirit on the members who'd prayed for His power 10 days from the Ascension Day to the Pentecost, as He did on the early Church.

"Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit." Like this word, the gospel has been worked out by the Holy Spirit. In the days of the early Church, 120 saints stayed in Jerusalem to receive the Holy Spirit which God had promised, after Jesus' ascension. They prayed earnestly for 10 days and received the former rain of the Holy Spirit, that 3,000 or 5,000 people were saved.

On May 30, the 50th day from the Resurrection Day, the people of Zion assembled to celebrate the Pentecost. At the New Jerusalem Temple, Mother prayed to Father to pour down the Holy Spirit upon His children and let them be born again to deliver the gospel and practice His love at this harvest time.

In the morning worship service, Rev. Joo Cheol Kim gave a sermon, "The Pentecost and the power of the Holy Spirit." During the sermon he emphasized that the reason God gives us the gifts of the Holy Spirit is because He wants us to use them in saving souls. He said, "The Holy Spirit is given us according to our faith. Let's receive the Holy Spirit abundantly with big faith and preach the gospel boldly." Hearing his sermon, the members prayed that they might be big vessels to receive the Holy Spirit in abundance.

During the worship, choir sang a very earnest hymn begging for the Holy Spirit and a grand chorus praising the glory of Jerusalem. Their praises made the members feel the blessing of the feast more.

Like the prophecy that the water of life comes out from the Jerusalem Temple, Mother Herself gave words under the theme, "Press on to acknowledge God and press on to proclaim Him."

Through the Bible, Mother testified that the One who came from Zion and gave us eternal life through the new covenant is our God. She asked us to press on to proclaim God and save the souls who are in despair. And She told us to be joyful always and give thanks in all circumstances for we are saved and will go back to the heavenly country.

Sooner or later, the world will be surprised to see the Holy Spirit work through our faith. Hearing that God has already given us the latter rain of the Holy Spirit abundantly and preaching is the sign of receiving it, the members' hearts were burning with the flame of the Holy Spirit.
