All the members of the Church of God in the world, whose sins had been cleansed through God's great grace on the Day of Atonement, attended the Feast of Tabernacles, the last feast in a year, in which abundant blessing of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain is promised to be given. The members had devoted themselves to preaching the gospel and praying for the blessing of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain to bear good fruit, from the early morning and to evening for 7 days from October 17 (the 15th day of the seventh month by the sacred calendar) to October 24 (the 22nd day of the seventh month by the sacred calendar), the Last Day of the Feast.

The Feast of Tabernacles originated in building the tabernacle according to God's word after Moses' coming down from Mount Sinai with the Ten Commandments a second time. When the Feast of Tabernacles came, the Israelites went up to the mountain, took branches from olive trees and palm trees and built booths; and they also spread them on their own roofs and on the court of the house of God, and they lived there with great joy, helping one another. This is a prophecy that all the saints who are represented as the materials of the spiritual temple, are found and the heavenly Jerusalem temple is completed. It also represents that in the last age of the Holy Spirit, the spiritual harvest season, the spiritual good fruit will be harvested and brought into the heavenly barn.

On the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, Mother prayed to Father, "Pour the Holy Spirit of the latter rain on the Feast of Tabernacles abundantly on all children and answer their prayers with abundant fruit," and pleaded, "Give many workers of the new covenant, who will go to all nations of the world with the Holy Spirit of the latter rain. Let Your children, the materials of the spiritual heavenly temple, unite in Zion with love, so that they can complete the heavenly Jerusalem temple quickly."

The Chief Pastor Kim Joo-cheol reminded us of the meaning of the feasts through the origin of the Feast of Tabernacles, and said, "Let's be like those who are moved by God's words in the Old Testament times. With the burning heart for the gospel, let's participate in building the heavenly temple and give pleasure to God."

In the afternoon worship service, he told us the history of Nehemiah's building the temple and said, "Even though there were many slanders, the temple was completed as prophesied because it was God's work. In this age when the heavenly temple is almost completed, there must be many slanders. However, the heavenly temple will surely be completed as prophesied by God."

The members answered 'Amen,' and made a resolution to find all the scattered brothers and sisters quickly and complete the heavenly Jerusalem temple.

For 7 days from the first day to the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles, the members did their best to preach the gospel, realizing that God is always with them. They also awakened their minds, studying God's words in the morning and evening and asked God with burning heart to pour on them the abundant grace of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain so that they might be born again as wise children who prepare lamp and oil fully.

On the Last Day of the Feast, Mother allowed all the children of Zion the free gift of the water of life through Her words. Mother proclaimed the Holy Spirit Movement to save the soul in the age of the Holy Spirit: "Let's do the Holy Spirit Movement, saying, 'Come and see!' Let's spread the movement of the Holy Spirit to the whole world."

The purpose of the Holy Spirit Movement is to preach the truth of the new covenant in order to stop the movement of evil spirits, who try to deceive even the elect into the death and hell, and to lead the souls who are suffering in Babylon to Zion where is eternal life. The Holy Spirit Movement should be carried out in the whole world. The disciples and the saints, who were given the ability of speaking in tongues by the Holy Spirit of the former rain on the Day of Pentecost in the New Testament times, already performed the Holy Spirit Movement by preaching the truth to many nations of the world. For the result of that, God's salvation was preached to the whole world.

Mother said, "We have received the Holy Spirit of the latter rain through the Feast of the Tabernacles abundantly. Those who have received the Holy Spirit have to do the Holy Spirit Movement of giving the water of life. We are be the workers of the new covenant, who are given mission to share with all nations the Holy Spirit given to us." Mother also said, "Jeremiah, King Hezekiah, Paul and other disciples of Jesus faced many troubles while doing the Holy Spirit Movement. However, they preached the truth boldly with the power of the Holy Spirit, depending on God. Let's lead those who are in disasters to Zion, the refuge of salvation."

Through Mother's word, the members received the blessing of the Holy Spirit of the latter rain like shower and made a firm resolution to be couriers of life who share the blessing of the Holy Spirit with the whole world.

We must remember that we have inherited life thanks to many prophets who performed the Holy Spirit Movement from the Day of Pentecost, overcoming all the troubles with the power of the Spirit even in many persecutions and sufferings. If they hadn't preached the Holy Spirit given to them, we wouldn't have been in this place. As many prophets preached the gospel even in wastelands with the power of speaking in tongues, believing in God's prophecies, so we should preach the Holy Spirit given to us throughout the world.

"The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life (Rev 22:17)."

We should deliver the water of life to the thirsty who are trembling in all the news of disasters occurring around the world, and lead them to Zion where is eternal life.
