Now we are standing in the middle of the fulfillment of the prophecy that the gospel of truth will be preached to Samaria and to the ends of the earth. All our brothers and sisters in Zion are earnestly desiring to bear ten fruits in accordance with the Ten Talent Movement. As God's children who have been called earlier, let us think about what kind of faith is required for the movement of saving the world which God has entrusted us with, and what kind of mindset we should have in order to accomplish the task.

When we follow the will of God, we will surely get good results. Then, what should we do to accomplish the mission of ten talents and achieve the task of saving the world, which God has entrusted to us? For this, let's take a look at the words of the Bible.

Let me fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel

In the truth, everything is to be accomplished according to our faith. God has designed all the spiritual systems to work when we testify to the truth with confidence and boldness.

As Jesus went on from a region, two blind men followed Him, begging Him to heal them. Jesus asked them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" and they replied, "Yes, Lord." Then Jesus touched their eyes and said, "According to your faith will it be done to you," and their sight was restored at once (Mt 9:27-31). Thus, without absolute faith in the word of God, we cannot have boldness, nor can we experience the miracle of the gospel.

Eph 6:10-19 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. . . . And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.

If we put on the full armor of God and participate in the gospel work, we will surely be able to gain many more talents and accomplish the amazing work of saving the world. For this, faith is necessary. "Fearlessly making known the mystery of the gospel" is the secret of spiritual victory. That is why the Bible tells us to earnestly pray to God: ‘Whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.'

Let us examine ourselves to see how we are preaching the truth now. We cannot be said to have faith just by knowing the fact that we are unable to be saved without receiving Elohim. We have to radiate our faith. If we fully believe the fact, we should boldly proclaim it to the poor unfortunate souls who are heading towards eternal destruction without knowing the fact, saying to them, "This is the truth you must know."

We see that the long-term and short-term mission teams preach the gospel always with boldness. I once received a letter from an overseer in a country overseas. He said in the letter that the local members obtained many realizations through the short-term mission team; even though it had been several years since the gospel had started to be preached in that country and there were also some missionaries, they did not produce many results, but the short-term mission team achieved the things just within three weeks, which they had not even been able to complete in two years.

The short-term mission team members were not fluent in the language and they were not familiar with the local culture or customs, either. Nevertheless, they bore so many fruits. At this the overseer and the local members were very surprised and watched them carefully. They came to think, ‘Both of us are members of the same faith, and we all have the same determination to save the world. Then, what is the difference between us, the local members, and the short-term mission team?' Then they found out that there were two major characteristics in the preaching of the short-term mission team members: One of the characteristics was that the main subject of their preaching was the truth about God the Mother, and the other was that they boldly preached the Word, full of confidence.

With great boldness, they only preached the love of Heavenly Mother and proclaimed salvation given through faith in Mother. "Come to Heavenly Mother and receive the blessings of the water of life, following the teaching of God. This is the message God declares to all mankind." "How can we be saved without coming to the Spirit and the Bride who tell us to come to receive the water of life? Heavenly Mother has sent us here to save you. That's why we are here now." With this confidence, they boldly preached the gospel, being united in mind, so they were able to produce such amazing results.

Confident preaching of the apostles in the early Church

We do not need to worry: ‘What if they misunderstand me and refuse to accept the gospel?' This is a mistaken thought. We must not hesitate to preach the truth. If we are conscious of a disadvantage or a social ostracism which may be accompanied by our preaching, we cannot fearlessly proclaim the words of truth which God has told us to preach.

Acts 2 describes the pouring out of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost and the work of preaching right after Jesus' ascension.

Ac 2:38-41 Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call." With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation." Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.

Peter, being moved by the Holy Spirit, preached the truth about Christ boldly and powerfully. Then an amazing work occurred: Being touched by his message, about 3,000 people repented and came to God that very day.
Boldness comes from the assurance of faith. As the apostles radiated confidence and assurance of faith, God empowered them to save 3,000 or 5,000 people in a day.

Ac 4:1-4, 11-20 The priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people. They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead. They seized Peter and John, and because it was evening, they put them in jail until the next day. But many who heard the message believed, and the number of men grew to about five thousand. . . . He is " ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the capstone.' Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." When they saw the courage of Peter and John . . . there was nothing they could say. So they ordered them to withdraw from the Sanhedrin and then conferred together. "What are we going to do with these men?" they asked. "Everybody living in Jerusalem knows they have done an outstanding miracle, and we cannot deny it. But to stop this thing from spreading any further among the people, we must warn these men to speak no longer to anyone in this name." Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John replied, "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God. For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard."

Even though the Pharisees and Sadducees systematically hindered the apostles, the number of those who accepted their message even increased to 5,000. When they courageously preached the Word with confident faith, regardless of any hindrances and obstacles, God granted them the amazing grace of salvation.

Peter and John did not hesitate at all even when they were threatened not to speak or teach anyone in the name of Jesus. This was their answer: "Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God. For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard." They were so proud and confident.

Their courage and boldness became a driving force to lead 3,000 or 5,000 people to the way of salvation in a day. Without confidence and boldness, we cannot bear ten fruits, nor can we accomplish the task of saving the world. We must be able to confidently tell the truth. In testifying to the truth, if we become timid and lose confidence because of an awkward situation or ridicule from people around us, we will never be able to save a soul.

It is amazing that Zion is continuously being established even in countries that have their own state religions which are quite different from Christianity. This is not something that has been achieved without effort. Our family members of Zion continued to preach the gospel with confident faith despite persecution and hardship in the early days of our Church like the apostles. This became a motivation to save many people. Such courageous and confident faith is required of us. With boldness, we must proclaim Heavenly Mother and boast about Her to all people around the world.

Preaching of Jonah who overcame fear

Through the preaching of Jonah, we can easily understand what results our boldness may bring about. God commanded Jonah to go to Nineveh and proclaim His message to people there. Jonah was very frightened. Nineveh was the capital of Assyria, an idolatrous country that worshiped other gods and persecuted the Israelites. In this situation, Jonah was ordered by God to go to Niveneh and deliver them a bad prediction that Nineveh would be destroyed in 40 days. With human thought, it was obvious that if Jonah did so, he would hardly be able to preserve his life.

Jonah boarded a ship for Tarshish to flee from God. However, while he was fleeing to Tarshish, God stirred up the sea and sent a violent storm. As the ship was about to break up, the people on the ship thought that somebody must have provoked God to anger, and they decided to cast lots to find out who was responsible for the calamity and to offer him as a sacrifice. The lot fell on Jonah and he was thrown into the sea. God let a great fish swallow Jonah, and he stayed inside the fish for three days. From inside the fish Jonah earnestly prayed to God for repentance. Then he was vomited out of the fish's belly.

Jonah got back to dry land after three days, and he went straight to Nineveh. Nineveh was an exceedingly great city—it took three days to walk through it. However, Jonah went through the city one day's walk while proclaiming God's message. Jonah was a totally different person after coming out of the fish's belly than he was before entering it. Previously, he was seized with fear and had no courage to preach the true and faithful word of God. After that, however, he was full of boldness to preach God's word without even fearing death.

As he proclaimed God's message with boldness, something imaginable occurred. The people of Nineveh who had not believed in God listened to God's message that Jonah preached, and they started to repent. All the Ninevites, from the king to the people, came to God and knelt down before Him; they did not let any man or beast, herd or flock, eat or drink. God saw their repentance and turned away His wrath from them. Eventually, through the preaching of Jonah, 120,000 people in Nineveh were able to escape destruction (Jonah 1-4).

We need such boldness and courage when testifying to the word of God. Those who do not have confidence, although they receive a command from God, try to escape that situation like Jonah or want to have their own time in a comfortable situation.

If we absolutely believe that we have received the perfect word of God and that God's word has the power to save the world, we must get rid of fear. Did Jonah not look dishonorable as he was fleeing in fear even though he had received a message from God? It must be a cowardly and disgraceful behavior in the sight of angels and in our eyes as well. However, God gave Jonah His grace again and granted him the opportunity to renew his courage. As Jonah came to have confident faith, he was not the person he used to be before. He became courageous enough to lead the 120,000 people to repentance with the thought that he would willingly die while preaching the message of God because he should have died already in the belly of the fish.

Let us have the boldness and courage of faith

The work of salvation has been carried out by such confident people. In the days of Gideon, how did Israel defeat 135,000 Midianites with only 300 soldiers? It was because they had boldness which came from their absolute faith in God. Looking back at the history of Gideon and his army who defeated 135,000 men with boldness in an instant and at the whole history of salvation as well, let us not hesitate to preach God the Mother in this age. When we courageously proclaim that surely Jerusalem our Heavenly Mother is with us on this earth and gives us salvation, everyone—both kings and people, regardless of age or gender, will bow down and kneel before God.

God even made the wicked people like the Ninevites repent, so all people around us now can surely be saved, can't they? 3,000, 5,000 or even 120,000 people all repented in a day. All this amazing work was a miracle that occurred through confident faith. There was "courage" through firm faith in God which enabled so many people to change.

Just as God gave Jonah the mission to proclaim His message, He has also entrusted us with the mission to preach the gospel. So we must not hesitate; we should have the same faith as Jonah had when he was ready to die, not when he was fleeing to Tarshish. This is the faith that Apostle Paul had at the time of the early Church.

Ac 21:10-13 After we had been there a number of days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea. Coming over to us, he took Paul's belt, tied his own hands and feet with it and said, "The Holy Spirit says, ‘In this way the Jews of Jerusalem will bind the owner of this belt and will hand him over to the Gentiles.' " When we heard this, we and the people there pleaded with Paul not to go up to Jerusalem. Then Paul answered, "Why are you weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."

Since Apostle Paul was ready to die as he preached the gospel, wherever he went, a Church was established and an amazing miracle of the gospel occurred. In these days, too, all our members of Zion throughout the world are working the miracles of the gospel with such confident faith. They are establishing many Zions in overseas countries because they have the courage to boldly preach the message which God has commanded us to proclaim in this age, rather than because they speak the local language fluently or they understand the characteristics of the local people well.

Even at this moment, many short-term and long-term mission teams are continuously coming from or going to overseas countries throughout the world. Once they go abroad, they share God's grace with the local members and bear many fruits as well. Let us lead all people to repentance through the love and blessings of Father and Mother. We can achieve much more things than what Jonah did. With the belief that we can do it, let us accomplish the will of Father and Mother, so that we can all receive the blessing of ten fruits.

Elohim have clothed us with the full armor of the Holy Spirit and said, "Do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and surely help you." Since They have promised to help us to the very end of the age, let us believe Their promise and take the lead in the amazing work of the gospel which is being preached throughout the country and all around the world as well.
