Seek David in the Last Days

Every word in the Bible contains the precious will of God, which He wants us to know. Now, the Bible has been translated into over 2,000 languages, and it is the best-selling and the most widely distributed book in the world today. However, most people, even though they read the Bible, do not realize the hidden meaning of the words of every prophecy in the Bible.

Every language has its own characteristics, so it is not easy to fully understand the nuances of a language except for its native people. Likewise, the language of the kingdom of God is hard to understand; it can only be understood by the people of God. We, God's people, know well what the Spirit and the Bride mean by saying, "Come!" We understand when, where and why to go to Them, but the people who do not belong to God will never be able to know.

Among many words in the Bible, let's find out the implied meaning of the words, "Seek David in the last days."

Prophecies about David

Hos 3:4-5 For the Israelites will live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred stones, without ephod or idol. Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings in the last days.

Prophet Hosea testifies that what God's people must do in the last days is to seek David. It's because there is something very important that cannot be solved without seeking David. Through the prophets of the Old Testament, God repeatedly testifies about David who will appear in the last days.

Eze 34:11-24 " ‘For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them. As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness. . . . As for you, my flock, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will judge between one sheep and another, and between rams and goats. . . . I will save my flock, and they will no longer be plundered. I will judge between one sheep and another. I will place over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he will tend them; he will tend them and be their shepherd. I the Lord will be their God, and my servant David will be prince among them. I the Lord have spoken.' "

The book of Ezekiel was written about 450 years after the death of David, the king of Israel. In other words, the prophecy, "I [God] will become a Shepherd and search for my lambs," and the prophecy, "I will place over them one Shepherd, my servant David," are about the spiritual David, not the physical David. These prophecies imply that God will come in the name of David in the last days. Prophet Ezekiel repeatedly prophesied about David.

Eze 37:24-27 " ‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children's children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever. I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant . . . I will be their God, and they will be my people.' "

God said that His people would keep His laws and decrees in the reign of David. Every prophecy of God is to be fulfilled without fail. We, who look for salvation, should realize when and why the spiritual David comes and what He brings, and we must receive David our Shepherd as His sheep.

Only those who receive David can become God's people, and only the people of God can be saved and go to heaven. Therefore we must seek David.

Jesus who came in the name of David

If we do not meet David coming in the last days, we are not able to know the secret of life that God has opened, and we will fail to find the way to salvation and eternal life that only God knows.

Rev 5:1-5 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, "Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll" But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals."

The Bible testifies that no one can reveal the secrets of God to us except the Root of DavidChrist who comes in the name of David. If the secrets remain sealed forever, how can we know the way to eternal life and the kingdom of heaven Nowadays, most bookstores have many Bible commentaries, which the interpreters have written with their private opinions. However, no matter how many times they read the Bible, none of them can know the will of God with their own wisdom. It is only the Root of David who is able to reveal to us the secrets of the Bible. That's why the Bible testifies that whoever longs for eternal life and salvation must seek David in the last days.

In order to receive David, we should first know who the prophetical David is and how we can meet Him.

Isa 9:6-7 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.

The above prophecy about Christ was written by the prophet Isaiah 700 years before Jesus came to this earth. As Isaiah prophesied, "He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, with justice and righteousness," Jesus came as David.

Lk 1:30-33 "You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus . . . The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."

Since it is written that God will give Jesus the throne of His father David, we need to carefully study the relationship between David and Jesus. If the prophecy about David was completely fulfilled by Jesus 2,000 years ago, we would not have to study about this prophecy today. However, according to the prophecy of Ezekiel, David is to appear on a day of clouds and darknessin the last daysto lead His people, represented by the sheep, as their Shepherd.

Prophetical relationship between David and Jesus

It is certain that there is a prophetical relationship between David and Jesus; through the work of David, we can easily understand that of Jesus. First, let's find out what prophetical relationship there is between the period of King David's reign and the period of Jesus' ministry on earth.

2 Sa 5:3-4 they anointed David king over Israel. David was thirty years old when he became king, and he reigned forty years.

It is written that David was anointed and became king when he was 30 years and he reigned for 40 years. Let's see how Jesus, who is the prophetical David, fulfilled this prophecy.

Lk 3: 21-23 When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying . . . a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry. . . .

As David was anointed at the age of 30 and began to reign, so Jesus was spiritually anointed through baptism at the age of 30 and began to preach. Here, we need to pay attention to the fact that Jesus did His public ministry for only three years, while David reigned for 40 years. It was because Jesus was to come again to reveal the secrets of the truth which were sealed.

Heb 9:27-28 Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Jesus was to come to this earth a second time and be baptized at the age of 30 and preach the gospel for 37 years so that He could fulfill the prophecy about the throne of Davidthe 40 years of reign. Then, what is the sign of the Second Coming David, through which we can recognize Him correctly and receive Him

Isa 55:1-5 "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. . . . Give ear and come to me; hear me, that your soul may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David. See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander of the peoples. . . ."

Heb 13:20-21 May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good . . .

God said that an everlasting covenant was promised to David who would lead us to the kingdom of heaven as our leader and commander. The writer of the book of Hebrews testified of "the blood of the eternal covenant," which is the blood of the new covenantthe Passover. In other words, the everlasting covenant, God's faithful love promised to David, means the new covenant. So, Christ is to bring the new covenant when He comes in the name of David in the last days.

Christ Ahnsahnghong is the spiritual David, who has come a second time and restored the new covenant

Today, there are many people who claim, "I am David prophesied in the Bible." Among them, is there anyone who has led us to eternal life through the new covenant, revealed the hidden secrets of the Bible, taught us the reality of God Elohim and the existence of God the Mother, and restored the seven feasts in three times so that we can observe all the laws and decrees of God Who, then, did so It is Christ Ahnsahnghong who has led the mortal human beings to the way of life through the eternal covenant. He is David who has appeared in the last days according to the prophecies of the Bible, and He is the Second Coming Jesus.

Eternal life is a free gift from God. We should share this grace and blessing, which we have freely received from God, with all people around the world, so that they can correctly recognize and receive God, who has come to this earth in the name of David in order to save us, as the leader and commander of peoples.

Hos 6:3-6 Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge him. . . . For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.

Without knowing the Second Coming David in this age, we cannot receive salvation that God has promised us. Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilled the prophecies of the throne of David; He was baptized in 1948 when he was 30 years old, preached the gospel for 37 years and ascended to heaven in 1985 after completing His ministry. Even though He was extremely distressed and troubled during His 37-year ministry on this earth, He always gave us good things, opened the way to eternal life by restoring all the truths of the new covenant, and let us know the new Jerusalem, our heavenly Mother, who is the source of life.

We give all thanks to our heavenly Father and Mother for leading the gospel work for us with patience and sacrifice, walking the paths of suffering. No matter what people say against our heavenly Father and Mother, They are our eternal God, worthy to receive glory and praise forever and ever!

We are very happy and proud to be children of God Elohim, our heavenly Father and Mother. Let us all devote ourselves to finding our brothers and sisters who are scattered all around the world, always giving thanks and praise to God Elohim for Their grace and love, as Their faithful children.
